Hi! My name is Lynnette Thompson! I was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. I am the mother of two and grandmother of one. My education experience includes an undergraduate degree in Special Education, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Doctoral Studies in Educational Technology.

My passion is to be an advocate for all children including those with learning difficulties, which is why I chose the career of Special Education teacher (K-5). After fulfilling my role well and seeing a direct influence in the school system, I wanted to expand my reach by connecting with individuals who had lost hope. Upon starting 3LT Innovations LLC, I began to use methods that were focused on creative and faith based learning. My company is an educational support and creative service that offers assistance with the development and support of the whole child.

In addition, to that, I knew that part of my entrepreneurial journey was to encourage children to become Lil’ Kingdom Builders through the works of books, card games, coloring books, journals and more!
